We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Programmer/Analyst to join our Information Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and developing software solutions, and ensuring system efficiency. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Programmer/Analyst to join our Information Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and developing software solutions, and ensuring system efficiency. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance existing applications and develop new software solutions that support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional applications. Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using SQL, X++, Visual Studio, SSMS, SSRS, Power Apps. Maintain DEV and UAT virtual machine environments on our Tenant in Azure, making sure these systems are up to date with code and refreshed with production data as needed. Conduct system testing and validation procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability. Document coding and development processes for future reference. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Participate on a revolving schedule on Helpdesk, which involves assisting users with computer or system issues.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, ideally with exposure to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot system or transactional issues and support end users effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Personable and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a relaxed, team-oriented environment. Skilled at identifying root causes of issues and implementing practical, effective solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Dynamics F&O SCM as user or support. Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, Outlook) SQL, X++, Visual Studio, DoCentric, Azure, Power Apps Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
