EisnerAmper has experienced significant growth in our Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services group and is seeking a Partner to join their practice. In this role, you will be involved in new business opportunities as well as servicing existing long-standing clients in a compliance/consulting role. You will also participate in thought leadership, technology initiatives, and staff development and mentoring. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive company, industry, and economic research Analyze client financial statements Document and maintain all aspects of work products Lead departmental training and foster continuous learning Expand services to existing clients Supervise engagements and special projects Oversee client engagement processes Mentor and evaluate staff at an advanced level Support recruiting, training, and professional development Participate in business development and networking activities Generate a minimum of $1.5 million in net new revenue annually Occasionally work extended hours or travel as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Master’s preferred CPA or equivalent license 10+ years of experience in FLVS industry Proven success in client acquisition and business growth 5+ years supervisory experience with mentoring responsibilities Broad expertise in litigation/expert services and damages calculation Additional Information: EisnerAmper is an equal opportunity employer.
