As a Consulting Architect on Tecton’s professional service team, you will provide technical expertise to help customers implement Tecton successfully, achieving their AI/ML goals through advisory and hands-on support. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Delivery/Engagement Managers, pre-sales, and Account teams to understand customer needs and objectives. Design, architect, and implement Tecton solutions optimized for production success. Create detailed project plans with steps and timelines, providing visibility on progress. Drive technical decisions efficiently, keeping projects on scope and schedule. Become a product expert, influencing customer needs and product improvements based on your insights. Qualifications
4+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting, focusing on complex data systems in enterprise environments. Deep understanding of data engineering, AI/ML workflows, and trends. Proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL, with ETL development experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with objection handling experience. Hands-on experience with AWS and other cloud platforms. Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake is a plus. The estimated US salary range for this position is $135,200 - $212,800 annually for employees based in California & New York. The role is eligible for Tecton’s Commission Plan, with total on-target earnings estimated between $169,000 - $266,000. Tecton is a remote-friendly company with a hybrid work policy for employees in SF, NY, and Seattle.
