A leading plastics manufacturer in the Shelby Township area is seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in injection molding and plastics manufacturing . This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term career potential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee program development from launch through production, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendors
• Manage tooling, engineering changes, APQP documentation, and customer communication
• Monitor and report on project performance, resolving any issues that may impact delivery
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure program success

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Program Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Injection molding and plastics industry background required
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and automotive customer requirements is a plus
