Job Summary Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care according to hospital policies. Develops and implements care plans, assesses patient needs, provides clinical leadership, mentors staff, and supervises nursing activities, coordinating care with ancillary personnel. Job Requirements Master's Degree in Nursing: Required Two years' clinical nursing experience: Preferred RN licensure in the state of practice: Required CNS certification in the state of practice: Required CPR/BLS certification: Preferred Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required Essential Functions Develops and updates patient care plans, collaborates with physicians, performs routine follow-up, and adjusts care as needed. Communicates with patients, answers questions, provides education, and participates in discharge planning. Documents patient information accurately and timely, transcribes physician orders, and participates in staff education. Performs other related duties as assigned.
