We are looking for builders who are excited to be part of our early story. Our ideal candidate has great product intuition, and has been directly responsible for shipping products from zero to one. We're looking for impressive builders who have spent the last few years relentlessly building and improving their craft. What you’ll be doing:
Shipping product end-to-end independently that helps business across industries to save money and streamline their operations.
Coordinate across various stakeholders — designers, sales, and customers — to deliver the best possible experiences for our customers.
Setting code-standards, shaping our engineering culture, contributing to our roadmap, and talking to customers to figure out how we can solve their problems with software.
Building the logic and systems that power our core financial product
We’re looking for someone who:
Has been directly responsible for shipping successful products.
Thrives working independently and in small teams in a fast-paced work environment
Cares about craft, values deep technical knowledge, and delivers great product experiences.
Has experience shipping high-quality software products
Bonus points for:
Familiarity with any part of our tech stack (React, Typescript, NodeJS, Postgres — CockroachDB)
Extensive knowledge of functional programming, Javascript, and Typescript’s type-system
Experience scaling distributed systems to handle high levels of burst traffic
