The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for leading and facilitating project meetings with the core leadership team to gather comprehensive business requirements and translate them into automated solutions. This includes workflow technical design and implementation. The role involves advising and assisting customers in the operation and administration of collection system applications, as well as coordinating with the facility host support team. The Analyst will collaborate with customers to enhance their work methodologies and tools, maintaining a customer-centric technical focus when contributing to the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation activities. The Business Systems Analyst is accountable for delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions to users at all levels. This position also serves as the technical liaison for implementing workflow solutions, monitoring project progress, and ensuring ongoing workflow maintenance. The role supports the broader business goals and objectives as they pertain to the team.
Responsibilities
Clarify system, workflow, and process needs with operations teams to understand the purpose and content of requested enhancements. Assist customers in understanding system functionality and process flows, and help optimize their use of assigned applications and project-specific tasks. Analyze customer workflows and/or process flows, and support customers in reengineering departmental operations.
Must Have Skills, Industry Experience
Requirements gathering and documentation experience, implementation experience, Workflow creation. Healthcare provider experience is a plus (for example: experience working for a Hospital or Clinic). Seniority level
