About the role

We are seeking a highly organized andhands-on Inventory, Returns & Maintenance Specialist to manage day-to-dayinventory operations, oversee product returns, and maintain the cleanliness andfunctionality of our facility. This unique hybrid role is ideal for adetail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoystaking ownership of varied responsibilities across inventory control, customerservice, and building upkeep. The Facilities coordinator will work closely withvarious departments providing a safe, organized work environment for employeesand guests.

Keyresponsibilities include: This list is not intended to be exhaustive and may be supplemented as responsibilities evolve.

Returns: Process returned merchandise from customers in accordance with company policies. Coordinate restocking or disposal of returned products. Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve return issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of returns for reporting and analysis. Inspect returned items for damage, defects, or missing parts. Building Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as light repairs, painting and equipment upkeep. Monitor building systems (lighting, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and report issues requiring professional repair to Ops manager. Ensure all workspaces, restrooms, and common areas are clean, safe, and functional. Restock facility supplies (cleaning products, maintenance tools, etc.). Assist with office or facility rearrangement and improvement projects. Inventory:

Label and store incoming inventory accurately. Track inventory movement, ensuring proper stock records Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas. Ideal Candidate Traits:

Organized, detailed, proactive, and disciplined. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable adapting to seasonal facility and/or team needs. Collaborative approach to prioritizing short and long-term projects. Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities management or a related role. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving supplies. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Basic maintenance skills for daily equipment checks and minor repairs. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a facility environment. Ability to be flexible and work staggered hours to support improvements and repairs outside of normal business hours. Valid Driver's License.
