North Fresno Location: North Fresno Pay: $24$30/hour, DOE Schedule: Full-time, on-site | MondayFriday, standard business hours Hire Up Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a respected commercial real estate law firm in North Fresno. They are seeking a Legal Secretary / Executive Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to their attorneys and firm leadership. This role blends traditional legal secretary responsibilities with high-level executive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing a wide variety of tasks. Legal Secretary Duties
Revise leases, purchase agreements, and contracts based on attorney redlines. Draft amendments, correspondence, and routine legal documents. Assist with civil property case preparation when needed (filings, discovery, scheduling). Maintain accurate and confidential legal files (electronic and hard copy). Executive Administrative Duties
Manage attorney calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel. Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters. Prepare presentations, reports, and client communications. Provide overall administrative and office support to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role (law firm or real estate experience preferred). Strong proofreading, editing, and formatting skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal document management systems is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
