Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7AM to 2:30PM Rate:

Starts at $21.25/hour Specific Duties: Purchase and release of raw materials and packaging items and load all materials into the SAP system. Meet or communicate with vendors to investigate and resolve issues or concerns pertaining to supply shortages, late deliveries and quality issues. Ensure just in time inventory, utilizing warehouse space in order to prevent excessive inventory to meet RMI KPI’s. Review stock status report to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet production demands. Work closely with Corporate Production Planning and Materials Manager to develop a weekly production schedule. Perform daily cycle counts based on cost report information compared to end of shift cycle counts. Analyze and post necessary adjustments to shop orders prior to final cost report. Assist Schedule all outbound shipments and inbound purchased shipments with trucking carriers, and coordinate with warehouse personnel and Materials Manager. Responsible for reporting monthly ADR information. Support all outbound shipments and inbound purchased shipments with trucking carriers, and coordinate with warehouse personnel, Materials Manager. Responsible for BOM support and new products are released out to market. KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILL

LEVEL This position requires extensive manufacturing scheduling knowledge with 5+ years’ experience in the Manufacturing-Supply Chain field. Excellent communication, negotiation, math, and problem solving skills required. A basic knowledge of inventory and scheduling principles and computer knowledge with proficiency in SAP and excel. The incumbent must be able to make decisions and react quickly to schedule production demands in an ever-changing production environment. This person should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision. Location(s)
