Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Kinaxis Rapid Response to analyze and improve supply chain operations. Develop and maintain supply chain models to support planning and forecasting activities. Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and implement solutions. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Provide training and support to end-users on Kinaxis Rapid Response functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Kinaxis platform. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Kinaxis Rapid Response. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response in a supply chain environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with other supply chain management software is a plus.
