Keyresponsibilities include: XXXX XXXXX Experience & Skills
Strong communication and customer service skills; prior experience with a luxury brand is preferred. Technical proficiency with the ability to explain and resolve product issues for customers with varying levels of technical understanding. 1+ year of technical support or troubleshooting experience. 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
Pay Rate: $18-20/hourly
