Active DOD Top Secret Security Clearance Required *******************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD************************* The Program Manager (PM) shall ensure the quality of products and services, schedules, cost control, business relations, and management of personnel, including but not limited to the following: Duties & Responsibilities: Planning, directing, coordinating, and managing administrative activities of the contract. Supervising managers and personnel in the execution of assigned duties/tasking. Reviewing and maintaining the quality of technical work done on the program. Assuring and monitoring the timeliness and quality of all work products. Task and work planning. Monitoring and reporting task order performance and financial status. Controlling budget, schedule, and task execution. Managing Sub-contractors. Management experience with DoD/IC contracts. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): This position requires: Strong task management, excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, providing a high level of customer services with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Minimum/General Experience: Eight (8) years of management experience with a DoD/IC contracts ensuring quality of products and services, schedules, cost control, business relations. Experience with management of personnel. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline and eight (8) years of experience in managing a DOD/IC contract/task order, OR, Twelve (12) years of professional technical activities related to the management of a DOD/IC contract/task order.
