As part of our Workplace Planning and Advice team, you'll participate in comprehensive training to develop your career in financial planning and advice. Build relationships with participants through calls, guiding them on their options and introducing our services. Develop expertise in assisting with service needs and withdrawal requests via inbound calls. Advance to providing consultative advice on retirement and investment needs as you gain experience. Training and Support : We provide all necessary training, including preparation for FINRA licensing exams. No finance background or degree required. Growth and Recognition : Your achievements will be celebrated, and you'll receive career coaching to explore advancement opportunities within Fidelity. Variety in Work : Engage in development activities beyond participant calls, including exploring advanced planning roles. Skills Required
Client relationship experience and familiarity with sales processes. Knowledge of sales or consultative relationship building. Accountability and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to ask insightful questions and understand client situations. Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment. Comfort with technology and multiple systems. Ability to complete FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams upon hire. Value You Will Deliver
Manage leads effectively using tools like Salesforce. Build rapport and conduct participant profiling. Introduce participants to investment solutions through collaboration with business partners. Identify opportunities to address participant needs and set appointments. Benefits
