Accounts Payable Coordinator

you'll be a part of a team that ensures accuracy, builds vendor relationships, and drives operational excellence across our organization. What You'll Do:
Manage Vendor Accounts
Oversee a large volume of vendor accounts, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in line with company policies. Resolve Discrepancies
Investigate and reconcile invoice or pricing issues, working closely with stores, warehouses, and internal departments. Support Payment Processes
Monitor payment cycles and compliance; handle supplier credit balances and daily check deposits. Build Relationships
Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal teams, ensuring professional and timely communication. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work with internal staff on vendor deals, deductions, bill backs, and assist in collections from the accounts receivable side. Month-End & Reporting
Perform closing duties and contribute to ongoing financial reporting and accuracy. What You Bring:
Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
or equivalent relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and able to manage time effectively under deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
