Position Purpose
The Workforce Expansion Grant Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective management and implementation of workforce expansion grants. This includes rigorous data collection, analysis, reporting duties, and post-graduation oversight, ensuring compliance with funding requirements throughout the grant lifecycle. Job Duties
Data Management and Reporting: Develop and implement data collection strategies to ensure accurate and comprehensive data capture. Regularly review data collection processes for reliability and compliance. Prepare and submit detailed reports to stakeholders and funding agencies. Post-Graduation Oversight: Monitor employment status of graduates and verify employment. Manage relationships with employers for graduate placement and retention. Develop and maintain a tracking system for graduates’ career progression. Grant Administration: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with grant provisions. Identify and resolve issues impacting grant execution. Manage the grant budget in accordance with guidelines. Job Open Date
