Jobs via Dice RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jersey City, NJ that is seeking a Market Research Analyst. Collaboration with research companies like Quantilope and Qualtrics is crucial for understanding the motivations behind consumer behavior through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Responsibilities:
Provides analytical business support to several company stakeholders The Market Research Analyst will drive the Scan/Panel data research at the company Ensure platform training and data circulation across different teams Develop & deliver business research stories to track the business performance Work with internal stakeholders to develop business research opportunities, related to strategy, categories/products analysis, and market opportunities Lead the Consumer behavior analysis, from the survey's elaboration to its analysis Gather market trends and patterns from data analysis and suggest opportunities As a Market Research Analyst, you will work closely with the merchandising team to improve categories and Goya product selection Data access to: Shipments information, syndicated data (POS), Panel data, Price and Promo analysis, consumer survey data and demographic analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of relevant marketing analytics experience, preferably at another food industry CPG company Advanced experience with Nielsen or IRi business platforms Experience working with platforms like Qualtrics to understand consumer behavior Advanced with full range of Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to work with different teams across the organization to support their business needs and facilitate insights Positive attitude and solution-oriented profile
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
