People| Excellence | Change | Integrity | Co-prosperity We are currently seeking a Tier 2 Sales Manager who will be responsible for supporting designated Education-focused channel partners supporting B2B product portfolio and reseller partner development projects. Manage cross-functional Samsung Product Portfolio to ensure successful Reseller engagement and achievement of category growth / revenue objectives. Responsibilities include development and execution of category and channel revenue growth strategies, pricing architecture, cross channel product planning, forecasting and promotional planning. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Manage identified Education Channel Partners to drive revenue growth in B2B Display Product Portfolio Develop and execute joint business plans that align key strategic growth areas. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel within channel partners to drive Samsung awareness. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. Assisting designated partners in all aspects of the sales cycle including face-to-face customer meetings and presentations. The ability to conduct onsite and virtual product and solutions trainings for your designated channel partners. Manage MDF to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments. Pipeline Management and project management working jointly with Tier 3 (End-user sales team), PM team as well as Service. Drive the Management of Objectives (MBO) by increasing sales of B2B display products, B2B display Market Share, and Strategic Product Sales Objectives Pre-sales and Post-sales support on pricing requests, bids, request for quotes, and other requests. Focus areas include management leadership, sales force performance coaching, sales planning, sales process management, enabling technologies, incentive compensation, and sales force support. Provides direction, Voice of Customer, and partner route to market needs to Product Management. Required Skills/Abilities: 6+ years relevant Education industry experience; product/brand marketing and communication skills coupled with B2B industry knowledge is required. Experience in CRM, such as Salesforce.com. Experience working with a multi-tiered sales organization role consistently exceeding revenue targets. Experienced reading, analyzing, and presenting technical product materials. Knowledge & experience in the IT/Display education marketplace specifically in a sales or related capacity. The ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize multiple sales, project and performance objectives. Ability to make professional sales and business presentations both face to face, and in writing. The ability to develop sales and business plans with clearly define metrics to be achieved. Ability to work in a team environment, working against individual and shared objectives. Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus Physical/Travel Requirements: Travel 70% in domestic, geographic territory #LI-BB1
