Quality Systems Manager

Maintain and enhance compliance with

ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, and ISO 13485

standards. Lead

certification and maintenance

efforts, serving as the

Management Representative

for quality standards. Direct and monitor quality processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Oversee

internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits

to uphold quality excellence. Manage and continuously improve the

Quality Management System (QMS)

and documentation. Utilize

Six Sigma and Lean methodologies

to drive process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality systems into production workflows. Conduct

statistical analysis

to identify trends and areas for improvement. What You Bring to the Team:

Expertise in Quality Management

- Strong knowledge of QMS principles, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques. Leadership Skills

- Ability to guide teams, drive initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Technical Proficiency

- Familiarity with

ISO 13485, IATF 16949 , and other relevant standards. Analytical Mindset

- Strong skills in

data analysis, audits, and compliance monitoring . Attention to Detail

- Organized and thorough in managing documentation and processes. Effective Communication

- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments. Preferred

- Quality certifications such as

CQE or CQA . Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience

in quality management, preferably in medical device or automotive industries. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

and quality-related software. Physical Requirements:

Ability to work at a desk for extended periods, using a computer.
