Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr A new and ambitious law firm is hiring an Attorney, ideally with a minimum 3-5 years of experience, or a very strong interest in Employment and Labor law. They are well-resourced and backed, with a huge demand. There is currently a team of 8, and they plan to continue growing (shortly moving into new office premises). You would ideally have worked in employment law covering discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, disability, retaliation, and other fields. You must be comfortable in court, preparing, and presenting cases. Upon joining, you will be assigned a full-time paralegal on day one to help support with case prep, as well as further extensive administrative and operational resources. They will consider people who wish to relocate to LA, but you must already have experience working within the California legal system, and ideally in Employment or Labor law. Compensation varies depending on level of domain expertise, but will be in the $150,000-$250,000/year range. You will be in the office 4 days a week for the first 90 days, based in the 90024 area. Over time, you will be able to work 1-2 days a week from home. Seniority level
