Our client, a globally renowned asset management firm, is seeking a highly organized and polished Executive Assistant to support a team of Senior Attorneys within their Legal & Compliance department. This is a high-visibility opportunity to join one of the most respected firms in the industry and provide seamless support to a dynamic, high-performing legal team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with high standards and zero margin for error. This role is in office Monday through Friday.

The team is composed of five senior legal professionals who are known for being collaborative, respectful, and appreciative of their support staff. The group operates with a high degree of professionalism and precision, and they are seeking a career EA who brings both discretion and calm under pressure. The prior EA in this role was promoted internally—an example of the firm’s commitment to long-term development and mobility.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide high-level administrative support to a team of five senior legal professionals

Manage complex calendars across time zones and coordinate internal/external meetings

Arrange domestic and international travel and handle detailed itineraries and expense reports

Draft and prepare correspondence, meeting materials, and legal documentation as needed

Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, external counsel, and regulators

Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and requests with sound judgment and discretion

Support compliance reporting and document handling as required

Partner with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless departmental operations

Take on light project management and event coordination for internal meetings or offsites

Step in to assist other executives or EAs as needed across the department

REQUIREMENTS: Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment in handling confidential information

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong communication skills—clear, articulate, and highly responsive

Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through

Self-starter with a proactive mindset; eager to go above and beyond

Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to support different working styles

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting senior executives in a corporate or financial setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Concur or legal systems a plus

HOURS: 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday through Friday (fully in-office)

SALARY: $150K base + paid overtime + discretionary bonus + exceptional benefits
