This job is a member of the Technology Transformation team within the Information Technology Division and is critical to the success of the transformation program. You’ll partner closely with key stakeholders across the company to enable the technology vision and mission. Responsible for providing analytical expertise, producing and managing scorecards and other reporting that tracks the overall progress of American Airlines’ technology transformation, leading to key insights for leaders up to and including executives. This job will partner with data analytics teams across the enterprise to perform data analysis, develop and implement strategies, develop forecast models, and drive "best practices" within technology and product team processes. Defines and tracks performance metrics, develops scorecards, and drives improvement initiatives. Develops reporting and models to drive decisions and strategy. Integrates and manages large data sets to help tell stories that will help technology and business leaders and teams make decisions by providing insights and recommendations. Completes other related projects, as assigned. All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience 3 years of experience in an analytical role, creating dashboards and scorecards. Experience using innovative thinking ability with high degree of motivation and problem-solving skills. Proven experience using data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI). Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's or advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training. Experience creating effective reporting and scorecards for leaders and teams of all levels, up to and including executives, and communicating results and insights with stakeholders. Experience with DevOps Research & Assessment (DORA) and other engineering metrics. Experience working with agile development teams. Skills, Licenses & Certifications Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to drive results, collaborating across various stakeholder groups. Ability to deliver high-quality work on time. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Knowledge of excellent customer service. Knowledge of advanced analytical skills. Ability to guide a team by creating and fostering collaboration. Ability to present thoughts both formally and informally. Ability to present findings effectively. What you'll get
