-This person will be a Scrum Master / Tech Delivery Manager
-They will act as a liaison between delivery teams
-They will start with 1 scrum team to start and could expand the amount of teams as time goes on
- There will be 5-6 developers on each scrum team
- They will help schedule calls, meetings, and follow ups with stakeholders
- They are already in production currently and will be working in 2 week sprints
