Deeply embed with the Co-Founder & COO, supporting leadership, operations, and strategic initiatives. Own and manage the COO's calendar, inboxes (email, Slack, LinkedIn), and communications. Support the executive team (CEO, COO, CFO) with scheduling, organizational communications, and administrative tasks. Plan and organize internal and external events. Take detailed notes in meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure action items are executed. Draft, edit, and send professional communications that match executive tone and voice. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, including basic automation. Serve as Office Manager, ensuring the team loves their workplace environment. Manage ad hoc projects end-to-end with minimal instruction. Where you'll make an impact:
