As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers. You'll ensure their needs are met in a timely and collaborative manner. Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the primary internal representative of our organization Demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills Providing expertise on our products, services, and capabilities to customers Communicating customer requirements to the support team according to company policies Handling phone calls, emails, customer inquiries, orders, in person or over the phone Determining service charges, collecting deposits Proactively engaging potential customers by answering questions and promoting additional products and services Role Qualifications:
Previous experience in conducting customer needs assessments and maintaining high service quality standards Strong Computer Skills with Software programs a plus Ability to build strong relationships with customers and teammates Excellent written and verbal communication skills A passion for helping people and finding solutions for customers Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and solve problems effectively About Us:
