Office & Financial Services Manager at their corporate HQ in Chicago Metro! This organization has a 50+ year reputation for world-class customer and project service, and puts employee fulfillment at the forefront of all they do. Oversee the delivery of contractual and administrative requirements of the business day to day Drive profitability through financial oversight, including working closely with project and operations managers, technicians and office leadership Handle all booking processes and project kickoff packages Be involved in bid reviews, contract compliance and weekly status meetings covering timelines, budgets, expenditures and operational progress of projects Financial modeling, accounting processes and financial management of service business sectors Projects involve Security and Fire systems such as Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Alarm and Low Voltage installation and service Oversee 8 direct reports inside a team of 16 made up of Finance, Admin, Operations and Leadership Reach out to learn more about this opening or others in the Low Voltage industry! dalton.britt@wilsonhr.com 919-535-4102 Seniority level
