Type of Employment Contract
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
Perform cost analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking for assigned projects.
Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and variance analysis.
Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports including progress curves, KPIs, and cost/schedule trends.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment between the project plan, actuals, and forecasts.
Manage change control processes, including tracking changes and evaluating impacts on schedule and cost.
Support project risk reviews and facilitate contingency planning.
Ensure compliance with client and PTAG project control standards and procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant project controls experience in capital projects (preferably within infrastructure, power, or heavy industrial sectors).
Proficient in project controls software, particularly Primavera P6 and MS Excel; experience with cost systems (e.g., EcoSys, Prism) is an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Understanding of EVM and project performance metrics.
PMP, AACEI (CCP, PSP), or similar certification is an asset.
