Embedded AUTOSAR Functional Safety Software Engineer
Summary: You will be involved in the design, implementation, and validation of software for a variety of vehicle features, such as: starting, locking, lighting, alarms, windows, powered closures, seats, climate control, and others. In this role, Engineers will focus on the ISO26262 Functional Safety software development of the control modules. You will leverage Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture. What you will be able to do: ADAS software development experience Analyze the Safety Software Requirements and Safety Software Architecture Perform software fault tree analysis as per ISO 26262 to meet ASIL D Perform software DFMEA as per ISO 26262 to meet ASIL D Generate the analysis report using the Medini tool Minimum Qualifications: BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field ADAS software development experience Analyze the Safety Software Requirements and Safety Software Architecture Perform software fault tree analysis as per ISO 26262 to meet ASIL D Perform software DFMEA as per ISO 26262 to meet ASIL D Generate the analysis report using the Medini tool Preferred Qualifications: MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Experience in AUTOSAR software development/integration projects Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and AUTOSAR Experience with Failure Mode Avoidance techniques and/or ISO 26262 functional safety discipline 3+ years experience in embedded controls software design and development Experience with Jama, Polarion, Clearcase, Git, GitHub, JIRA, Agile, MISRA C/C++ Working knowledge of modeling, simulation, and testing techniques Experience creating and executing Design Verification Plans and Reports Keywords:
