The overall mission of this role is to identify and interpret data to help the organization make effective operational decisions that contribute to overall profitability. • Oversee annual budgeting and month-end forecasts, creating and presenting to corporate stakeholders. • Responsible for conducting & root-causing production variance and aging workorder analysis, developing corrective actions, and communicating to corporate stakeholders. • Primary approver on all plant expenses, working on identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives. • Collaborate with legal team managing site contracts. • Develop and present capital project proposals in collaboration with departments. • Assist with ad-hoc Accounts Payable tasks. • Lead the site’s annual Physical Inventory. • Conduct & root-cause inventory variance analysis, develop corrective actions, and obtain corporate approvals for adjustments. • Manage fixed asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposals with the central accounting team. • Support internal and external audits, ensuring site compliance with SOX and internal controls. Lead site on several internal corporate controls. • Assist Plant Manager and operations team with ad hoc analysis and routine reporting as needed. What will help you thrive in this role?

• 2+ years of related experience in a manufacturing company with a fully integrated ERP system, preferably SAP. • BS Degree in Finance or a related field. • Prior experience leading group projects. • Strong proficiency in Excel. • Highly organized with the ability to work well under tight time constraints. • Ability to communicate technical accounting materials effectively to non-accountants. • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
