Lead Month-End Close – Own the process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare & Post Journal Entries – Maintain integrity in financial reporting with precise and well-documented entries. Bank Reconciliations – Manage multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Financial Reporting – Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Account Reconciliations – Ensure all ledger accounts are accurate and up to date. Process Improvements – Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting operations. Compliance & Controls – Support audits and ensure adherence to GAAP and internal policies. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required). 3+ years of accounting experience, with a heavy focus on month-end close, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software & Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus).
