100 Job Description: Actively source, deepen, grow, and retain client relationships by providing personalized investment advice across a wide range of products and solutions, tailored to clients' individual goals, risk tolerances, and best interests. Advises clients and prospective clients by analyzing objectives and risk tolerance to recommend suitable financial strategies and solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver personalized investment solutions to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Set the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to increase assets under management, sales, and service. Develop and maintain profitable securities and insurance sales through external networking and internal referrals, ensuring alignment with client segmentation and best interests. Use a consultative sales process to review investment plans regularly with clients. Lead client relationship management strategies to deepen connections and loyalty. Record transactions and inquiries accurately, maintaining customer files per regulatory policies. Stay knowledgeable of all products offered by Truist Wealth and complete ongoing education requirements. Establish strong partnerships with Wealth and Commercial teams and other internal partners to fulfill unmet client financial needs. Conduct investment product educational seminars for clients and prospects. Adhere to professional and ethical standards set by Truist, FINRA, and other regulatory bodies. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related experience. FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. Applicable state health and life insurance licenses. Securities sales and client relationship management experience. Organized, self-motivated, with strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Preferred Qualifications: Additional credentials such as CFP, CIMA, etc. Banking experience is helpful.
