is seeking to add a Financial Advisor to the team! Legacy Capital Planners specializes in serving individuals aged 55 and older with $1 million or more in investable assets, people approaching, or in retirement, who need expert guidance and personal attention. This is an opportunity to join a boutique financial planning firm with a steady flow of qualified leads from educational seminars, client referrals, and strategic partnerships. You’ll work directly with high-quality prospects and existing clients while receiving mentorship from senior advisors. An exceptional communicator who can quickly earn trust and build strong relationships A consultative, relationship-driven sales professional with the ability to guide clients through complex financial decisions Confidence and professionalism in client meetings and public speaking environments A self-motivated, organized individual with strong follow-up and attention to detail A team player with a growth mindset and a commitment to long-term success 1+ years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales Life and Health Insurance licensed required Series 65 preferred, or willingness to obtain Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point) Experience with CRM preferred, but not required Strong mathematical and analytical skills Position Responsibilities: Meet with qualified leads generated through seminars, referrals, and client introductions Build rapport and trust with high-net-worth, retirement-focused individuals Create and present personalized financial plans tailored to each client's goals Recommend and implement financial strategies using tax strategies, investments, annuities, life insurance, and long-term care planning Participate in educational events and seminars as a firm representative and speaker Support other advisors while growing your own book of business over time Base salary $50,000-$60,000 based on experience Commission structure with bonus opportunities 401k with profit sharing Paid health insurance for employee PTO Cash balance retirement plan Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Some evenings required for client events and educational seminars Presented by Advisor Employee Services
