Dalton is seeking a
Junior Art Director
in our Atlanta office whos ready to bring bold ideas to life across digital, social, print, and video. In this role, youll design and produce creative assets, support senior art directors and copywriters, and help shape campaigns that push boundaries and deliver results. Responsibilities Design and produce layouts, graphics, and visual assets for digital, social, print, and video Support senior art directors and copywriters in developing campaign materials Prepare client-ready presentation decks, mockups, and production files Adapt and resize creative for multiple platforms and formats Assist with photo and video shoots, helping with setup, coordination, and post-production needs Ensure design work is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with project requirements Stay current on design tools, techniques, and cultural trends Contribute to a collaborative, supportive creative team culture
Qualifications
13 years of experience in art direction, design, or related creative roles (agency experience a plus) Bachelors degree in design, advertising, fine arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus Ability to translate ideas and brand strategy into compelling visual concepts Strong eye for typography, layout, photography, and design craft Collaborative spirit, openness to feedback, with a desire to learn from senior team members Excellent organizational skills; able to manage deadlines across multiple projects Awareness of design, advertising, and cultural trends Please note:
