The Data Analyst role will support the Facilities Management (FM) team by working on budget and spend financial forensics. The analyst will work to ensure financial accuracy in our reporting exists and that budget tracking truly reflects actual spend within the department. Data on department budgeting and spend will also be utilized to identify trends in spend categories within department initiatives. This role will work closely with multiple FM budget owners and will require cross functional collaboration with other financial partners within the larger Restaurant Development department. Reporting will be developed that will be used by Facilities Management Facilities Consultants, Leadership teams and broader Restaurant Development dashboards.
Candidates must live in the Atlanta, GA area. No remote opportunities.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluation of spend data to ensure that spend is accurately hitting the correct FM budget reporting and individual Facilities Consultant budgets. Partnership with Facilities Consultants and broader FM regional teams to identify, track and reconcile incorrectly applied spend and budget issues. This role will use available data to identify, organize, and track trends and will have responsibility for making conclusions, presenting findings, and making recommendations for any necessary budget or program adjustments. Provide support with developing reports and presentations based on ongoing budget management. This role will work to make recommendations on appropriate budget distribution for a wide spectrum of over 2600 restaurants under the entire FM portfolio. This role will require direct interaction with Facilities Consultants, Lead Advisors, Budget Program Lead, and other FM roles to partner on financial forensics in a dynamic atmosphere. Opportunity to lead specific projects that drive budget/spend efficiency or data insight awareness. Develop process mapping and documentation for budget processes. Develop process documentation for facilities management partner and self-diagnosis of their budget. Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE: High School graduate required; College degree preferred Microsoft Office suite proficient
especially higher Excel expertise

preferred. Financial acumen
preferred. Oracle proficiency
preferred. Experience or education in data analytics
preferred. Minimal travel requirements Remote work allowable with 1-2 minimum expected in office days (Atlanta) per month.
