Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone and email inquiries. In this role, you will route communications to the appropriate departments, support warranty claim processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with ISO9001 standards. While prior knowledge of pump and part terminology is beneficial, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email communications. Accurately route inquiries to the correct team or department to ensure timely resolution. Follow all ISO9001 Customer Service Procedures and Work Instructions. Operate within key business systems, including: ERP-LX (for order entry) eCom (Customer Portal) Salesforce (CRM) 8x8 (Phone system) Assist with warranty claim processing and related documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role. Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to think analytically. Proficiency with ERP-LX (Order Entry System). Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Customer-first mindset, with a professional and courteous approach to service.

Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree or completion of some college coursework. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems. Exposure to financial/accounting processes is a plus. Prior knowledge of pump and part terminology is advantageous but not required.
