What Will You Do?
Provide technical expertise in quality assurance, control, inspection, and requirements for purchased parts of LNG/process equipment for cryogenic gas plants, piping, and skidded systems. Analyze quality and dimensional data, including feedback and corrective actions. Evaluate suppliers, conduct assessments for quality systems (ISO 9001/equivalent), capability, work processes, and continuous improvement; identify and resolve non-conformances; implement corrective and preventive actions. Provide supplier development training on quality improvement, effective management systems, and scorecard performance. Collaborate with internal teams to capture and implement best practices. Participate in internal and customer audits, ensure timely closure of findings. Review and validate inspection reports, drawings, P&IDs, data books, welding procedures, material test reports, and testing procedures for compliance. Perform P&ID walkdowns and review fabrication and supplier testing practices for inspection release. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 55% of the time. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in supplier quality, field services, or engineering. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Basic knowledge of Six Sigma and root cause analysis methodologies. In-depth knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, and BPVC codes and standards. Familiarity with NFPA, CSA, and OSHA requirements. General knowledge of welding practices is a plus. Our Benefits Package...
