solution area works with clients using core consulting skills and frameworks to make strategic choices and enhance execution for lasting impact. We help clients realize their strategy by starting with the vision, identifying key capabilities, and designing organizational elements like structure, ways of working, governance, and KPIs, always focusing on talent and culture. Our change enablement approach incorporates behavioral science to shift behaviors and mindsets, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout. Our team engages in various transformations including commercial model, marketing, clinical excellence, medical affairs, analytics, and technology. What you’ll do Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions for our clients’ business challenges. Assist in structuring and conducting market and desk research to derive insights and support decision-making. Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS's proprietary software. Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through presentations. Develop client relationships and serve as a key contact for project aspects. Support program management, conduct status updates, and mitigate risks and issues. Drive the project forward to meet goals and deadlines. Enhance problem-solving skills and contribute to ZS's capabilities. Mentor and support the development of associates on your projects and teams. What you’ll bring 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in client-facing roles or pharma/medtech industries. High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, and initiative. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Empathy, adaptability, and high personal impact. Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset. Self-discipline in planning and organizing tasks. Aptitude for and enjoyment of team leadership.
