Western Region Business Manager – Water Solutions
Audubon is currently seeking a Western Region Business Manager -- Water Solutions to join our team. The Western Region Business Manager will lead business development, client management, and project execution for the Water Filtration Group across the western United States. Based in Denver, this role combines strategic sales leadership with direct project oversight and field team development. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage key client projects from sale through completion, and build a strong regional field operations team to support our expanding customer base. Responsibilities
Lead sales efforts across the western U.S. with a focus on industrial water filtration rentals, sales, and turnkey treatment systems. Identify, pursue, and close opportunities in core markets such as construction dewatering, oil & gas, mining, utilities, and environmental remediation. Oversee end-to-end project execution, including proposal development, scope definition, equipment planning, execution oversight, and client communication. Recruit, train, and manage a local field operations team to support project delivery and regional growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the region, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the Filtration Manager and operations team to ensure alignment on technical delivery, equipment utilization, and safety compliance. Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and track performance against sales and project KPIs. Monitor regional trends and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies and service offerings. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred Minimum 8 years of experience in water filtration, dewatering, fluid handling, or related industries. Proven track record of territory sales and account development across multi-state regions. Experience managing both business development and project execution in industrial, energy, or construction markets. Background in equipment rental, water treatment systems, and turnkey project delivery. Demonstrated success in building and leading sales or field operations teams. Direct experience overseeing projects from proposal through execution, including customer interfacing and team coordination. Strong technical knowledge of industrial water filtration systems and applications. Effective leadership and team-building skills with the ability to recruit, train, and manage a regional field team. Excellent project management skills with a hands-on approach to execution. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into actionable growth plans. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in CRM systems, proposal development, and reporting on sales metrics and KPIs. Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the western U.S. (up to 50%). Equal Opportunity
