Were hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead the way we tell our storyfrom positioning and messaging to launches, competitive insights, and customer-facing content. Youll shape how people understand SimpliGov: not just what it does, but why it matters. Youll help government leaders see whats possible when they finally ditch the paper and PDFs with a government forms and workflow automation platform. This is a strategic role, built for a storyteller who can toggle between big-picture narrative and crisp GTM execution. Youll work closely with product, marketing, and salesand serve as the connective tissue that ties product strategy to market reality. Youll also use AI and agents throughout your work to move faster, think bigger, and do more with less friction. This is a remote position that reports to the VP of Marketing. Responsibilities
Take SimpliGovs product story and turn it into messaging that stickswith government decision-makers, buyers, end users and internal audiences Keep everything aligned and accessible across channels: the website, sales materials, emails, ads, webinars, and more Simplify the complexturning product capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with government buyers Launch new products and featuresfrom internal readiness to external rollout Partner with product and growth to shape what we say, how we say it, and how we activate Build launch materials that actually get usedlike internal enablement, launch decks, and customer-facing content Use AI and agents to speed up content creation, personalize messaging across channels, and bring more creativity to every campaign Work with sales and customer success to build what they need to win: one-pagers, battlecards, pitch decks, talk tracks, and objection handling guides Keep content fresh, relevant, and easy to use in real conversations Implement AI-assisted sales enablement tools to deliver dynamic pitch decks, real-time objection handling, and predictive engagement insights tailored for government stakeholders Lead customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and competitive research to keep us grounded in what our audience needs Maintain feedback loops that inform product direction, messaging, and GTM strategy Be the voice in the room that represents the customerclearly, confidently, and with insight Build and evolve foundational PMM systemslike messaging frameworks, launch templates, and content maps Be the one who brings clarity to chaos, and momentum to cross-functional initiatives Youll Be a Great Fit If You Have
23+ years of experience in SaaS B2B or B2G product marketing, including launching features and products at scale The ability to write strong positioning and messaging that speaks to different personasespecially for complex or technical products Experience working across go-to-market teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure messaging and launches are aligned Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up or scale content generation, market research, or GTM strategy (not just theoryactual use) Proven ability to turn product capabilities into value-driven narratives, whether for sales decks, landing pages, or enablement assets Confidence leading customer interviews, win/loss analysis, or competitor researchand turning those insights into action Strong project management and cross-functional communication skillsyou keep things moving without getting lost in meetings Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in GovTech, workflow automation, or other complex SaaS products designed for regulated or public-sector buyers Experience with both sales-led and product-led motions, and ability to tailor messaging and content accordingly Helped build or scale a PMM functionwhether introducing frameworks, building templates, or leading cross-team adoption Youve used AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Writer, Crayon, Gong) to support voice-of-customer research, competitive intel, or adaptive content Experience creating internal enablement content that actually gets used by sales teams: pitch decks, talk tracks, objection handling Run product launches that created measurable impactnot just shipped assets Why SimpliGov?

We provide one platform for all government workflows - fill, pay, route, automate, sign, and populate. Built for how government really works, SimpliGov combines modern tech with a human touch: no-code tools, fast support, and proven results across 100+ agencies. SimpliGov does not currently sponsor applicants for work visas. The US base salary range for this full-time position begins at $110,000 + bonus + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. SimpliGov participates in the federal government's E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of all newly hired employees and most existing employees through an electronic database maintained by the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security. For new hires, the E-Verify process is completed in conjunction with the Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification on or before the first day of work.
