Top Skills:

Efficiency with Excel, excellent verbal and written communication skills (interacting with C-suite level), strong organization and problem-solving skills, knowledge of Workday and immigration processes. Extensive experience in scheduling interviews and pre-onboarding candidates for C-level executives. Immigration knowledge is preferred. The Candidate Care Coordinator works closely with Recruiters, supporting the TA Service Model by providing end-to-end support to candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, facilitating pre-employment activities across the Americas, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role may involve supporting multiple business units and levels, including C-suite support, and participating in process improvement projects. Typical Daily Activities: Using Paradox and Outlook to schedule interviews and provide status updates Managing interview changes and communicating with candidates, recruiters, and interview teams Booking travel and conference rooms Facilitating pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug screens, medical mandates, motor vehicle reports, I-9 verification) Supporting Digital Onboarding and troubleshooting/enhancing onboarding processes Responding to inquiries and resolving issues with sound judgment Problem-solving technical issues in Workday and other TA systems Participating in process improvement initiatives Ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout interview and pre-boarding stages

Process Improvement Activities:

Participation in global TAE project teams Process mapping, documentation, and presentation

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills Proactive in embracing new trends and technologies Fluent in Spanish (reading and writing) 1+ years HR Admin/Support experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition Knowledge of ATS, especially Workday, and scheduling experience Understanding of US visa processes and green card sponsorship phases Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects
