Per diem, hours vary Salary:
$17.50 - $20.75 / hour depending on shift and program As a Per Diem Residential Counselor, you will provide direct support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in small group residential settings or individual living arrangements. You will collaborate with the individuals served, their families, friends, employers, and support staff to enhance their independence or quality of life. Your duties include administering medication under the Medication Administration Program (MAP), implementing treatment plans, assisting with daily activities such as household chores and cooking, and providing transportation for community outings like shopping and medical appointments. Valid US driver's license for at least 6 months and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle. Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, Safety Care, and MAP certifications within specified timeframes; trainings are provided by Vinfen. Must pass a CORI, reference check, fingerprinting, and driving record check.
