ABA Counselor - Residential role at Melmark New England. Melmark is a nonprofit organization providing clinically-sophisticated evidence-based special education, residential, vocational, and therapeutic services for children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, developmental and intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, medical complexities, and other neurological and genetic disorders.
Responsibilities
Create a supportive and inclusive environment for students to thrive
Teach functional living, socialization, and communication skills
Implement behavior management and clinical protocols effectively
Maintain a clean and safe living environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care
Schedule and Salary
Second shift and weekends
$28-$30 per hour
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Education, Human Services, or Psychology Preferred)
Valid US driver’s license and minimum age of 21
Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
Experience with specialized populations preferred
