Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager for ground up developments to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Oversee all phases of construction, including planning, execution, and quality control. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards. Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and schedules. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project management principles. Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection protocols in the construction industry. Experience with electrical systems is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
