Position Overview:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists to join our growing team. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various spaces, including homes, offices, and commercial properties. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, customer-focused company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas with attention to detail
• Ensure all rooms and areas are cleaned according to company standards/client concerns
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service
• Assist with additional tasks as needed (e.g., organizing, window washing, yard maintenance, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies when necessary
• Must be comfortable with physical labor and have an eye for cleanliness
• Must purchase needed cleaning supplies and equipment (to be reimbursed on first 2 paychecks)
