The IT Support Staff provides firm-wide support to all users with a focus on customer service. Primary responsibilities include technical support tickets, service requests, preventive maintenance, PC configuration and deployment, application support, process improvement, and user training. The successful candidate will be an energetic self-starter who values integrity, reliability, and has a passion for excellence.
This is an in-office position. On-call rotation and some travel will be required.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to support tickets and service requests with excellent customer service skills.
- Diagnosing and resolving incidents using available tools.
- Accurately recording incidents and requests.
- Following all support processes and procedures.
- Creating knowledgebase articles for unresolved issues.
- Meeting or exceeding service level expectations.
- Escalating issues appropriately and owning problems end-to-end.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ and ITIL certifications preferred.
- 10+ years of experience with Windows and MS Office.
- 7+ years of helpdesk support experience.
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM, Autopilot, Intune, and Microsoft 365 E3/E5.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
