Receptionist/Office Assistant
PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client is seeking an energetic and friendly Receptionist/Office Assistant with a positive attitude to join their team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer, transfer, and screen incoming calls (multiline phone system).
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, being the face of the company.
- Scheduling.
- Maintain phone directory, telephone log, and billing spreadsheet.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Post and send daily mail and client shipping requests.
- Manage and distribute faxes and deliveries.
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies and inventory.
- Assist with overall cleanliness and maintenance of the center.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential skills/abilities include but are not limited to:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Multi-tasking and adaptability
- Pleasant and professional demeanor and phone manner.
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
