Receptionist/Office Assistant

PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client is seeking an energetic and friendly Receptionist/Office Assistant with a positive attitude to join their team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer, transfer, and screen incoming calls (multiline phone system).
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, being the face of the company.
  • Scheduling.
  • Maintain phone directory, telephone log, and billing spreadsheet.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Post and send daily mail and client shipping requests.
  • Manage and distribute faxes and deliveries.
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with overall cleanliness and maintenance of the center.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential skills/abilities include but are not limited to:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Multi-tasking and adaptability
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor and phone manner.

Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
