This opportunity allows for continued hands-on practice while shaping the hospital’s medical direction, supported by a dedicated two-doctor team and expert resources in operations, marketing, human resources, and more. The hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care for dogs, cats, rabbits, and pocket pets, including medical treatment, consultations, routine check-ups, preventative care, surgical and dental procedures, digital X-ray diagnostics, and laboratory services. Grooming and boarding are also available, ensuring well-rounded pet care. As Medical Director, responsibilities include leading a team in a collaborative environment that prioritizes high-quality patient care and work-life balance. There are no after-hours or on-call responsibilities, making this an ideal opportunity for those seeking a fulfilling leadership role without emergency shift demands. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule with a three-to-four-day workweek and rotating half-day Saturdays.
