Lead Dentist - Clinical Director

As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. You will assume responsibility for delivering excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.

<h2 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of operational objectives and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial goals.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals.
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent our practices in the greater community.

Requirements:

• Must possess a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
