Roig Lawyers spans six offices across Florida—including Miami, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tampa, and Tallahassee—and employs over 60 attorneys supported by more than 100 staff. Practice Areas

Insurance and liability defense, including PIP/no-fault, fraud investigations (SIU), bodily injury, uninsured motorist, homeowners/property claims, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and coverage disputes; General commercial litigation, appellate advocacy, data analytics, construction law, labor & employment, corporate law, and healthcare litigation. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy. Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision. Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations, effectively representing clients. Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress. Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies. Ability to work with little supervision; prioritize and anticipate work needs; work well under occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines. Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation. Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Must be willing and able to bill. Employment details
