Were seeking a versatile IT Systems Analyst to join our fast-paced IT department. This role focuses on supporting and securing critical IT infrastructure across our city operationsincluding troubleshooting hardware/software, managing user accounts, maintaining network stability, and deploying enterprise systems. What Youll Do
Support and maintain PCs, printers, copiers, and peripherals Troubleshoot network issues, resolve connectivity problems, and configure devices Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Office 365, and Active Directory environments Perform OS patching, system updates, and security enhancements Provide end-user support and training across departments Document technical procedures and coordinate with vendors on implementations Assist with enterprise application deployment and updates What You Bring
3+ years experience in IT support or system administration Strong skills in troubleshooting, networking, and systems management Experience with Microsoft technologies (O365, AD, Entra ID) Technical aptitude across Windows/Mac OS, servers, and endpoint devices Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred: Certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft), experience with VMware, Meraki, Fortinet, or MSSQL Seniority level
